Organice has been developed and refined over many years and hundreds of implementation to meet the needs of the AEC industry.
Implementation
At AEC Docuflow we couple the flexibility of the Organice software together with best practice processing methods, pre-populated templates and pre-defined workflows in order to get you operational as soon as possible.
We will guide you step by step through the implementation process. Our consultants will discuss your needs and configure the system to match those requirements.
Once the system is configured we will provide your key staff the requisite training required on the live system using your sample data and documents. You can also access our extensive library of online training videos. Click to view a sample training video.
It is important to note that Organice is an extension of the Mircosoft Sharepoint platform and as such, much of the user interaction and navigation will already be familiar to your users. If your team currently use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sharepoint or similar systems they immediately start to feel at home with Organice.
Ongoing Support
After the initial face to face training, we also provide a wealth of information for ongoing assistance including easy-to-read reference guides, on-line context sensitive help videos and a service desk service.
As a part of our support package we hold regular ongoing review meetings with you to ensure that the system is continuing operate efficiently and evolves with your organisation.
